I'm new to the exercise thread, but old to running.
just wanted to post real quick b4 church that i jogged 2 laps around my nieghborhood. only about 1.5 miles, but it's something
So cold out that my knee started to stiffen up thought or I would have run a 3rd lap.
but spring is on it's way.
Yeah, it's too cold for me too because I take my son out in the jogging stroller and he catches cold too easily. However, I found a workaround. Find the longest room, or hall, in your house and run figure 8's. LOL
I do this in my livingroom. I run for 30 minutes from one corner to the other...18" livingroom, in a figure 8 pattern. I figure I'm getting even extra exercise by making those tight turns.
