Hi everyone,

I was taking a look at the condiments allowed on the purple plan. It says that you can have 1/2 cup of gelatin (jelly powder) - SF. Is that prepared jello? That would be a great discovery for me! I love red jello :)

Do not know about colored plans but I am allowed to have SF jello on the numbered plans.

Yes, one half cup prepared sf jello. Limit up to 3 times a day. I keep prepared sf jello cups on hand in case I need it.
