good snuffling weather if you are low to the ground.

breakfast:
a laurel like delicacy-
quaker corn bran, dried cherries and cranberries and
1 T choco chips (2,2,1) 5/5
coffee w/1/2 and 1/2 - must remember to buy milk 1/6
snack:
no idea
lunch:
subway ???????
water,water,water
dinner:
spinach salad
carrot soup
rest of thai thingie over couscous
exercise: 1 hour yoga, 45 min elliptical (perhaps)
water: si,si
vitamin: si,si

Morniing - 8
bagel - 4, egg white - 1, cof - 1, fruit - 2

Midday 10
not too lite... thai chicken salad - 4, pad thai - 6

Evening -22
drink - 3, scallop salad - 2, ravioli - 5, grilled shrimp - 6, spinach, dessert 6

Total - 40 - 7 act/bnkd pts. = 33 pts

ah, patch, i was just speaking to a colleague about truffle purchasing in umbria. Yummmmmmmmmm.

a little truffle oil drizzled on couscous and a bit of parmesan cheese - bellissima.

the dog, he is not interested in truffles, just in other dogs, making for a leisurely if not slooow putter.

your numbers are getting amazing. I am so happy for you :) and aggravated at myself :?: .

Lala - just remember I did not post Saturday or Sunday :o --- trust me -- those numbers were NOT amazing ;) .

I really think it's the exercise that's doing the trick.
