Yesterday was a bit of a bust! We had our annual Burn's Night party (Scottish thing celebrating Robert Burn's birthday.) So. of course, I ate too much. Lol. I'm not too worried since I was so low the other day. I plan on going a bit on the light side today.

So here's yesterday:

B~1/2c homemade granola, 1/2c soymilk, and black coffee
S~20 raw almonds and 2 dried figs
L~Leftovers (harvest grain blend with tomatoes and peas)
S~3/4c plain yogurt and 1/2T maple syrup
D~Burn's Night! I had 2 small glasses of wine, "Americanized" Haggis (lamb meatloaf), mashed potatoes and rutabagas (yum!), and salad. Not to mention nibbling on some cheese and crackers, plus dessert (shortbread cookies with lemon curd.)

My total was somewhere around 2500 calories. Um, oops! I've been able to maintain at around 2000 though, so it's not too terrible.
