PCOS/Insulin Resistance Support - darkening of the skin

Hi! I am new to 3FC, googling PCOS actually brought me to join this site all together. So thanks!

I was wondering if anyone suffers from darkening of the skin (nigricans ancanthosis) like I do.

If you do how have you been taking care of it? Have you been succesful in lightening it up? :^: looking forward to your answers.

I had a little but found it went away as I lost weight & got my blood sugar levels lower.
