I took a diet "break" this weekend and now I'm back. I know I've gained some weight. I'm extremely scared to step on my scale. I have to though because I'm gonna try the diet plan I was on before. I loved that one and it worked great. I'm having a hard time getting started/motivated today. I'm tired and I guess that has to do with the foods I ate this weekend. I didn't splurge or anything, just ate more than normal. Well, wish me luck on this one. Have a wonderful day chicks!!!!!
