Default back after a weekend break.......

I took a diet "break" this weekend and now I'm back. I know I've gained some weight. I'm extremely scared to step on my scale. I have to though because I'm gonna try the diet plan I was on before. I loved that one and it worked great. I'm having a hard time getting started/motivated today. I'm tired and I guess that has to do with the foods I ate this weekend. I didn't splurge or anything, just ate more than normal. Well, wish me luck on this one. Have a wonderful day chicks!!!!!

I find that accepting "breaks" as inevitable helps. Once you accept that these things happen occasionally, it's easier to get back on the horse once the weekend (or whatever) is over.

In the long run, the fact that you had a couple days of eating more than usual won't matter one whit!

Same here! I picked my day to step back on the scale and take the hit. I couldn't do it today, I was too terrified. Wednesday is my day!
