sunny and cold here.

breakfast:
all bran muffins 4/4
coffee w/milch 1/5
snack:
just 2 pts bar - wish you could buy these for cheaper. 2/7
lunch:
thai prawns w/veggies 3/10
1/2 cup rice 2/12
english muffin 3/15
boca burger thingie 1/16
snack:
latte 2/18
dinner:
no idea, maybe the leftover thai prawns w/veggies
or pork tenderloin and couscous
artichoke
cabbage salad
exercise:
yoga 1 hour this am
3 mile run this pm
dog putter (slooow)
water: oh you betcha
vitamin: si,si

OK Well the good news is that the NE Patriots won!!! Yahoo. The bad news is that I really ate my little heart out this weekend. OK back to basics.

Morning - 3
roll - 2, cof - 1

midday - 7
fish tacos - 4 (w/out tortillas)
power bar - 3

Evening - 12
fish - 6, spinach w/ oil - 1, potato - 1, skinny cow(2) - 4

Total - 22 banked 3 pts

Exercise - activity earned 5 pts.

total: 20???? I don't think so...how about...29.5
