Beth2374 02-03-2002, 08:42 PM I'm stuck at 195 (better than still being at 205 I guess) but I've only been at this WOE for 2 weeks today.. so 10 pounds ain't too shabby. I started walking, so I'm sure the muscle I build will make the scale less "telling" than the inches... I'm measuring tonight. My goal is by the end of February - to be at 190... it's my goal to be there by March 25th.. my birthday.. but I think I can do it by the end of February... :) Debelli 02-04-2002, 07:58 AM My goals are basically going to be the same each month. Christian 02-04-2002, 09:29 AM is to at least get to 145 again, I have been there before so I know it is possible ..... I am below 140 (just) and my size 8 jeans are loose, and I can almost breathe in my size six's. My February goals are: To continue BFL to the end of the first 12 week challenge, eat BFL clean 6 day/week and stay SB legal 100% (even on free days!) To drop my body fat 2% more To do 2 unassisted pull-ups To buy a bathing suit and feel good in it and be able to wear those size 6 jeans comfortably. I can't set a scale weight goal because I'm gaining so much muscle with the weight workouts, but I know I'm losing body fat! Sheann 02-05-2002, 04:50 AM My goal for the month of February is to lose 10 pounds and get to 267 (January 31- I was 277), drink all of my water and try to get in some exercise 3-4 times per week.
