Introductions - Hi from Washington State

On the last leg of my weight loss journey and being as it is the toughest part yet, figured I could add some oomph through an online support group.

My typical weight was always 142-152. In 2003 I went through a divorce; layoff; and residence change that put me down low. I gained 40+ pounds in 8 months. Over the next three years, I added another 15-17 pounds.

My New Years resolution on 1/01/07 was to lose 45 pounds by Christmas 2007. I was only half a pound away. Not bad. :smug:

Then, I gained five or so back over Christmas and New Years weeks.

On my way down again.

:welcome: LEIA ~ sounds like you have done pretty well so far. CONGRATS to you!!! You haven't much further to go to reach your goal; and you will be able to share with others how you have been so successful. This is a great place to give and get support.
