My knees hurt. I know its good for you to exercise to be healthy and lose weight. But my knees hurt before I even start. I can do WATP most days. Someday's you can just tell you shouldn't. I just wish it was easier to do other exercises. I don't mind muscle aches. Those are totally different than the pain of what must be pieces of my knees rubbing together. I lost some weight last year and my knees felt better. I haven't gained anything back but they are back to hurting. Stairs are almost always a no no. I can go up and down usually once. After that I'm done. What's interesting is I am on my feet all day since I work in the clothing department of a chain store. Luckily the weight loss means that doesn't hurt anymore. Well I'm done. If anyone has any ideas I'm open to suggestions.
