I weigh 229!!!!!( this was yesterday)

3 # weight loss, I am in teh 220's !!!

Mr. Scale was also very nice to me this morning.....

That is a 3 pound Loss for this week!!!! WHOOOOOHOOOO! I have a feeling Mr. Scale is going to be nice to all my friends today!!!



Who's next?????

Mine was a loss too of 1 (still up 1 from 2 weeks ago) but yes it is time to do measurments, that may be muscle gain i am reporting. not only that but TOM is here. and that could be why i was so discombobulated yesterday. but that does not give him the reason to be a PIA!!!

Hello My Friends!

My weekly poem for the weigh in!


Behold the "Metal Monster",
upon the bathroom floor,
I think he has a problem,
He doesn't move LEFT anymore!

It seems that he is STUCK
at number 215,
I even stomped upon him,
And scared him with a scream!

But.........no......he did not budge,
215 again,
I am starting to believe,
That he is NOT my friend!

I wonder what he problem is,
Or maybe it is ME,
I drink most of my water,
And pee and pee and PEEE!

I exercise near daily,
I need to do it MORE,
Perhaps that's why he's mad at me,
And won't move to at least 2 -1 - 4

Soooooooo until next Friday gals,
It's no loss for me!
But I happy for no gain,
Still....It's not the same you see!

Cause I dream about 100 land,
I dream of more fat gone!
I think about food choices,
And where I DID go wrong.

So.......it is smaller portions,
More H2O and SWEAT,
And next week Mr. Scale will move,
Don't anybody fret!
