LA Weight Loss - Know how many calories these plans are?

More specifically the Gold and Red plans? THANKS!!!

When I would keep track of Red w/lites on FitDay it would usually run between 1500-1800 calories so I think that is the range for red. But it's so much more than just calories, that's only one part of the plan!

I'm not sure about gold. It seems like Purple with Lites is about 1300-1500 so I imagine gold is 1000-1300.
