Ok so my sister and I officially restarted LA weight loss (at the center) on Jan. 2, 2008. We did take off for two days and then continued with our numbered plans. We have not cheated even ONCE!! IT's been one week...we lost on the take off part of the diet but have seen no lose after take off.
This is our first week, we should be losing right??
We went to weigh in last night and our counsler said our menus looked great and said to give it more time.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal?

Well, generally speaking, after your initial loss post-TO, there is still some adjustment time where your body says "What the heck are you doing to me??!!"
Some people continue to lose right away, some people don't... as long as you're not gaining much of anything, you should be ok... Your body will stop rebelling and you'll start losing..
HOWEVER... Even though you may not be cheating, make sure you're really getting all your portions in.. If you're skimping (even subconciously) your body will retain every crumb it can... Beyond that, make sure that :
1. You're getting in your water..
2. You weigh in wearing the same clothes (or as close as possible)
3. You weigh in as early as you can in the day (pre-meal if possible)
4. You don't get discouraged.. It will happen.. Don't freak (yet)...

Don't worry Chica
I started on a Wednesday right before our Thanksgiving. I spent that whole weekend watching all my family members indulge while I measured every scrap of food that went in my mouth. I stuck to it 100% and on the Monday I was rewarded with a 0.6 GAIN!! As Dan sometimes your body goes into protective mode (read plays with your sanity) but you will likely see a bigger loss towards the end of the week.. hang in there it will catch up with you and your efforts!
