YOU: On a Diet - and other Oprah inspired diets - YOAD dark chocolate

What brand are you eating and does it come in 1 oz squares or do you have to buy a big bar???

I have heard a lot about the benefits of dark chocolate, but I am BAD when it comes to self-control and chocolate.....

I am finding the YOAD book a bit vague on the finer details of the eating plan, but that's why I love this forum!

Getting my shopping list together now :)

I use the little individually wrapped dark chocolate squares by Dove. I think is says 65% on the label. I keep them in the freezer & just take out a square ahead of time.

I really LOVE the extra dark chocolate by Lindt but it comes in the big bar & I seem to have more than 1 square. ;)

Individually wrapped is the way to go. Easier to keep control of yourself when having to unwrap squares, and because it's more $$, I tend to be better about it! I've been buying Ghirardelli - they have several 70% flavors available.

We have chocolate for "dessert" after dinner 1 or 2 times a week.
