Monday's food

B - Kashi TLC multigrain bars
S - Breyer's Light yogurt
L - leftovers - chicken, salmon and sauteed spinach
S - Kashi multigrain crackers
D - Salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, Thai green curry chicken over brown rice (yum!)
S - 2 Kashi TLC cookies, small bowl cereal w/milk

I ate at 9pm tonight - dinner was a bit late, so I missed my 8:30 cut-off. I'm pretty happy with my veggie intake today - went to the store for chicken and fresh veggies so now we'll have salad for the week.

Tuesday's food:

B - Kashi TLC bar - I really need to work on this - this is not enough and I get too hungry before lunch!
S - Breyer's light yogurt
L - leftover beef stroganoff on ww noodles
S - Kashi ww crackers
D - Oriental chicken salad
S - 2 Kashi TLC cookies, glass of milk

All in all a pretty good day - I really wanted a bowl of cereal before I went to bed, but I settled for just the milk.
