Bad news is:

I'm still sick and I spent hours last night worshiping the porcelain God [meaning I was yacking it up till 4 am]. My chest congestion is so bad, I'm having problems breathing. I'm going to a Med Clinic later on today to get them to fix me lol.

Good news is:

I've stayed on plan with Healthy Choice Chicken Soup and lots of fluids....and I've lost three pounds in about a day. Granted, that weight is probably going to come back once I stop throwing up, but hey....I'm still on plan lol.

I hate that I can't work out right now, but I can barely get across the apartment let alone down the stairs to work. :(

Ok, hon. If you can't hold down food, and you can't breathe, PLEASE stop being irritated you can't exercise. Your body is working itself hard with little to no effort from you. There is a REASON people get exhausted when they are sick...their bodies are using every available bit of energy to get well! So let your body do it's thing!

Hopefully the doctors can fix you up - feel better!

Working out? I'd say you're getting quite a workout right now. Hang in there and get better soon.

You need to concentrate on getting yourself better. Don't worry, they'll be plenty of time to exercise when you're finally over this wicked little bug.

Hang tight and feel better - SOON!

So I went to Urgent Care since I was having so many problems breathing....they did x-rays to make sure I didn't have pneumonia, etc. Turns out I have the beginnings of pneumonia, but they gave me a bag of prescriptions to kick the infection's butt before I get a full blown case.

Yay for doctors :)
