Revising and running around for chores make for a hungry Kery, but I think I ate reasonably today.

B - 1 omelette (150) w/ mushrooms (30), 2 small tangerines (40), 1 rice cracker (30), 1 yogurt (60)

S - 1 cereals bar (85)

L - Pasta (170), tomato sauce (35), green beans (30), 1 slice chicken ham (55), Swiss cheese (40), 1 chocolate-flavoured yogurt (70)

S - Cottage cheese (50), 1 banana (100)

D - 1 zucchini squash (45), 1 slice chicken ham (55), 1 egg (85), oilve oil (50), 2 rice crackers (60), 1 soy yogurt (90)

1300, although I feel I should be closer to 1400? Let's say 1400. ^^

(These calories are rather low--from fitday. I think the soups are really more than that--especially the black bean soup. I may have to really analyze my recipe when I get home).

Exercise: 40 minutes fast walking

And maybe I should eat something else than green beans. Hm. But I like them so much, and the 100g-cans are sooo convenient for a student...
