I've lost .8 of a pound this week.

My first week was a huge success! Down 7.2 - woohoo!! And even though I know its 90% water weight - who cares!!! LOL

I am down 1 lb. this week. Wish I had some water weight to dump :lol: Good job everyone...11 and 7 lbs. is amazing :)

I'm down four pounds. I couldn't exercise all week because of a bad cold. I hope I can get back to it soon.

Zip. Zero. Not even an oz! I know that I have slowed down cuz I am getting really close to goal. But it is still frustrating to work harder than I did when I started, but it still is not showing a result this week! O well... on to next week!:) Good luck everyone! Jelly

Down .8 lbs since friday. I'm happy with that because last week I lost the few pounds I gained over the holidays so now I'm back to "real" weight loss.

Down 2.8 pounds this week. The scale flashed in the 179's for a second but wouldn't stick there. Maybe tomorrow.

Good weeks everybody. I'd sure like to have one of those great "first week losses" again. Those were fun.

I am down 6 pounds this week, not exactly my first week... I haven't started cutting back my calories yet, wednesday I think. I am happy with this though, it's a nice "pre-start"!! :)

Linda - yay! It's so nice that you remember me!! Feels nice, thank you :) I am starting very slowly this time - no "dieting" just changing things. I am going to school (for work) for 2 days, and its hotel eating so thats why I'm not starting until Wednesday. Forget starting, how about ENDING this?!? Glad to see you still around!

Why would I not remember you, silly???? I think about you lots, and you're less than 50-60 km's away :)

And **** yeah.....I love, love the idea of finishing this...rather than starting it all over plus some (for me at least)

I stayed the same this week. It's the first time of not losing in three monthes. (I even lost around the holidays). I am not too upset...just a little disappointed. But, I may not be eating enough. Plus...because of a foot and back injury, I am not able to work out now.

It will happen...I'll carry on.

This is my first week changing my lifestyle (REFUSE to say "diet) Weighed in this morning... down 5.4 pounds! yay!

What is the deal with this "water weight" thing... I drink a TON TON TON of water every day (that's all I drink, actually) and that hasn't changed at all for me... so why would I lose "Water weight" on my first week?

DO people stop drinking water when they first start to diet?

I say I lost 5 pounds b/c I stopped eating pizza 2x a week, didn't make myself 2 pans of brownies this week, actually took the stairs this week... etc etc etc... I think that amounts to 5 pounds... not "water"

This is my first weigh-in and I am DELIGHTED! LOL, mine isn't an ELEVEN or a SEVEN or even a SIX, but ya know what's so wonderful about my TWO pound loss?


I really only started eating "on plan" two days ago, and I haven't even started exercising yet (I've been sick) (honest), so I couldn't be happier to see two pounds less of me on the scale this morning!

I'm on my way, there's NO STOPPIN' me now!

I've been on plan the entire week and have lost 5.5 pounds! (ticker doesn't do halves)

Eight pounds! I'm a little bit shocked!

This was week one on the new plan, so I'm sure that the loss will slow down. I'm okay with that - I'm aiming for a 1-2 pound loss a week. But wow, what an amazing way to start. :D
