Default Wanted to share my happiness!
Okay, this may be something small to most of you, but I was eating dinner and realized that I was full. I still had some chicken breast left and I usually always clean my plate (even while counting calories). Well, I realized I was full...and I threw the rest away!! I have NEVER done that before. So... YAY YAY YAY FOR ME!!!

What a victory! I am SO proud of you! I know that for me, I had been overeating constantly for so long that when I finally realized what PHYSICAL hunger and fullness felt like, it was the first step to controlling my eating... I hope this is the case for you as well.
