Did everyone make resolutions to lose more weight?

Good for you for the loss, Carrie!!

I changed my tracker the other day to show the gain from the holidays. I want to start moving the butterfly in the RIGHT direction soon!!!!

I didn't weigh this morning because Larry had a doctor's appointment. (I'll tell about that on the Chatters thread.)

Tina, I don't think I'm brave, just having a reality check. I haven't been doing any program at all really. The one thing that I tried has just been on a shelf for quite a while now. I think with Bob being sick, I just haven't cared about what I do. sad. I know what I need to do.

Hi All! I'm new to WW and 3FC :) I started WW last Thursday and when I weighed in this am, I'm down 2 lbs!

Hey y'all!

Hope everyone is geared up for a Losing New Year.

I am determined to get to Lifetime this year. I'm hoping to at least make goal by June. Our 25th anniversary is coming up and I want to go to Hawaii and not be ashamed to hit the beach.

Dori, Carrie and lillisa81, Congrats on you loses.

Tammy, I'm right there with you. Have been going up and down the same 5lbs since July. Just can't seem to stay on the horse. But, I hope having the new year and our anniversay as incentives will help me stay on track.

Thursday's weigh in showed a 2.8lb gain. I'm determind to have that off by next Thursday. Good Luck everybody!

lillisa, welcome to the crew and congrats on 2 pounds gone!! We also have a Chatters thread. Come on over and join us!! I'll be in Tampa the beginning of Feb. to visit hubby's brothers.

Terry, do you have an ID so we really know it is you???? WELCOME BACK GIRL!!! Hawaii sounds like a good incentive! We'll be married 27 years in June. We went to Disney World (my choice) for our 25th.

Tina, I really don't think Terry should send us postcards. I think she should just TAKE US with her! AND congrats on that pound Tina!!!

I have my WW materials out to reread and prepare. I will start journaling on Monday. I will continue to drink water and drink more water. I will start going to the Y like I did a year ago. I have only gone to the water aerobics classes since Bob was sick. There isn't a Y close to where we will be in GA. I need to check to see if the place we are staying has a workout room. I know I'll be able to get in lots of walking and there are bikes we can rent.

I am up a pound. Bummed. Not changing tracker because I just realized that TOM should be starting any day now. That has to be it because I have been pretty good this week. Well, I hope that's the reason anyway.

Tammy, I'm sorry about that one pound. With TOM, that's bound to be the reason.
I'm up 1/2 pound. I was a very bad girl last night. I did not feel like cooking so we had Pizza Hut. Also, I drank 3 diet colas yesterday.
I'm not moving my tracker, though. :)

Weighed in this morning because I forgot to yesterday. I at 180. I would change my tracker, but for some reason we I click on it, I go to the homepage of 3FC. Very frustrating.

I weighed in this am and I'm down another lb. Pretty good considering this week was TOM! Weighed in at 123. My goal this week is to cut out the junky snacks and snack healthier!

Illisa, good for you!!! Snacking healthier is a great idea. I've been grabbing whatever is around for snacking and sometimes I should have made better choices.

I was down 1.8 yesterday:goodscale. Not what I had hoped for, but I'll take it. Just need to keep it going that way.

Congratulations to all our members. We are all going to be healthy for the rest of our lives because of this.

I just had to step onto the scales this morning. I had eaten soooo much the other day--used all 35 flex points and then had a gain.
I know, I know, that happens after eating 35 flex points. :lol:
Anyway----I weighed today and was back to my tracker weight plus I was down another pound!!!!! My fish is swimming again

My TOM still hasn't started (again!!). I'm afraid to get weighed again. I did have a couple people mention my weight loss today. I had to chuckle to myself because I'm up and even changed my tracker to show the gain. Maybe the fat is shifting. lol It can shift right out of here for all I care!!!!

Hey Tammy, my tummy seems flatter when I'm losing even when the scales don't show anything.
This is the first time in a very long time that my tummy is looking good under my clothes. :lol:

Tina, I can relate about the tummy seeming flatter. I have noticed a difference in the way some things are fitting.

I was brave and jumped on the scales this morning. Ok, I didn't jump. I stepped lightly on them. I lost the pound that I had gained, AND I lost another pound!!! I need to change my tracker yet to show 37 pounds gone. I'll do that later.

I don't expect a loss tomorrow. I just don't want a gain. We had Chinese last night and that does a number on me.

Tina, I'm not sure about a loss either. I don't want a gain. We ate at Red Lobster this afternoon. Neither one of us finished our meal, but I still feel really full. Might wait till friday to weigh. TOM hasn't started again.

Tina, that would be WONDERFUL if TOM wasn't coming back!!!! I felt a bit crampy the beginning of January when it should have been on its way, but I haven't had those feelings since then. I think I would have a party and celebrate!!!!

I weighed today but not until after I had eaten and I still had jammies on. Just wanted to see the damage. I was the same! SO I will do my official before breakfast nudie weigh in tomorrow morning.

Unfortunately, I seem to be going backwards. :tantrum: I was up 2.4lbs this week. Totally wiped out last week's loss. I don't understand why. I actually stayed on program pretty well this week. But, I have started riding my stationary bike again. :ebike: Am hoping that will jump start my metabolism. And I'm going to start planning my week ahead as much as possible since I seem to use all of my weekly points too early. Surely something will pay off!

Terry, I have enjoyed riding the recumbant bike at the Y. It doesn't bother my back the way a regular one does. Those pounds will come off before you know it. Planning things out for the week sounds like a good idea! I never stick to my plan though.

Terry, you have a great idea starting exercising to get the ole metabolism going. That should do it for you. :)

I weighed this morning and was up 1/2 pound. I'm not really surprised. I haven't been good for a couple of days. Larry feels so much better and we are celebrating. :)

Moved my butterfly 1 notch in the right direction this morning. Boy is this weight loss slow! Sure wish I would have minded my p's and q's over the holidays. Sure was easy to gain.

I had a .4 ( :dizzy: ) loss - BUT considering it is TOM and I started my new job this week - I'll take it. A loss is a loss! :carrot:

Also, add that .4 to the .6 I didn't mark last week, and I moved my ticker -1. Whoohoo

I mananged to take off 4.6lbs this week. :dancer: That is really rare. I just hope it stays off. I really watched everything this week :mag:and put in 6 hours on my stationary bike. :ebike: I'm determined to do it again this coming week. Not counting on another 4.6lb loss, though.;)

Well jumped on the scales this week and I have to say that while there was no loss, there was no gain either. It was my first week back OP and also TOM so I was actually expecting a little rise. I was surprised to say the least. The next week will be better.

Well, I for one am glad January is over. :yay: I lost a grand total of 3lbs for the month. :goodscale That is waaaayy less than I wanted to lose. :halfempty I knew last weeks big loss was too good to be true; today I was up 0.6lbs. :yikes: It's really irritating because I was really good this week. No cheating at all. Put in 6 hours on my exercise bike. Drank all my water and ate my veggies. I was really hoping to lose something. :dunno: Oh well, hopefully it will show up next week.

No loss can be a great thing!!!!!

Terry, that's a very small gain. It could just be some retention - just today. You have a brand new month now and you can lose more than 3 pounds! Just remember that we were coming off the holidays in Dec.
I decided to wait until tomorrow to weigh.
