Sugar Shakers - Help! My book hasn't arrived...

And I want to start ASAP. I have found quite a bit of info online, but
my book hasn't even shipped from Amazon yet. I cannot wait another
day to get started. I have been diagnosed borderline diabetic. Is there somewhere I can print off the basics of the plan until my book arrives?
It is supposed to ship out no later than Friday of this week.

You can get started before you book arrives by replacing white flour with whole wheat, white rice with brown, white potatoes with sweet potatoes, and avoiding sugar and corn.
