Default Well I have to re-start now!


Well hey there guys...

I hope you're all well. I haven't been posting much on here recently but I do come on and read a lot.

Well after maintaining my weight at 187 pounds since June (I think) the last month I had a serious bout of insomia and put on... 4 pounds!! BLURGHHH!!! So i've decided its a good time to get off of my lazy maintaining bottom and try and shed another 10 pounds. Well... I'm certainly going to need loads of luck and motivation...

I'm Sure you'll be hearing my moans in a day or two...

Hi there!!! How've you been? Good to see you again.

I think we all are going to need "re-starts" from time to time. Glad yours is recurring after only a 4 lb gain.

Well JayEll... I've been at Uni... and what do you do at Uni? Get stressed and start eating junk and random times in the day. I mean I think I went two or three weeks eating one meal a day at 3pm... I mean... thats crazy. And It wasnt even a nice nutritious meal either, so basically I've gone haywire and the maintaining stuff was going so well. It was really nice actually - it meant that I could eat things without having to weigh or check the calories. But a bonus has come out of it, I've moved closer to my University which means I now officially WALK EVERYWHERE!! Its wonderful! I love it, before I would get all angry if it was wet and now I just walk right through it. I think that was helping with my maintenance as well... so... well... yaaay! lol. I see you've started on your second round - good to see you're still going!

Hey rockinrobin!!

Its great to see that you're still up and around here! Excellent - I hope you've had a wonderful and not so.... naughty Christmas (Hmmm chocolates), and I'm so sure I'll see you around the threads. I'm just so lazy you see, I read the posts and then I plan on putting in my 2 pence (lol i'm a brit) and then I see somebody has said the same thing lol... and so I just walk away. Well my new year resolution is to actually write occasionally.

Anyway - I hope you have a wonderful new year!!
