Default What are your resolutions?

My resolution this year (well resolution I plan to keep) is to loose 21 lbs (165-144) by May. I'm going on an Alaskian (Alaskan?) cruise with my parents and my fiance. I want to wear a dress that I feel good in for the formal nights and actually wear the clothes that look cute other then just getting what fits.
Anyone else have a reslolution they need to keep?

I have two this year.

Start running regularly. I am doing the Couch to 5k plan.

Elimitate potatoes and pasta from my regular diet.

Good luck!

I'm hoping to take my dr.'s recommendations and lose 10% bodyweight each six months. By my calculations, that's getting to 165 by next year, which would be amazing! Also, regular activity, which to start will be 30 min cardio 3x per week. Passing all college classes and taking better care of myself are my only other goals.

I started before new years but I'm planning to lose 10 pounds by march 9th. I have a lot of weddings coming up and I'm tired of this extra weight I put on.

I have quite a few:

1) Weight 135 by April 29th (when the hubby comes home from deployment)
2) Pass all my classes this year
3)NO fast food and no soda (Not even fruit cups from Chick Fil A and not even diet)
4) Walk my dog every day, even if it's only for 5 minutes, he deserves it
5) Have at least 15 minutes of quiet time everyday
6) Have a better attitude about work, I can't change it, might as well make the best of it
7) Be more independent and confident in myself

Good luck to all you beautiful ladies, we can do this!

I have a couple of resolutions:
1. Lose at least 50lbs by the end of 2008.
2. Start budgeting our income and saving up for retirement.
3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep at night.
4. Wake up earlier for work so I'm not rushing myself.

I've have noticed that when I wake up earlier I'm usually in a better mood by the time I get to work. So, I figured that it would be a good thing to do.

2) finish my gd'd master's thesis!!
3) Treat myself well -- encompasses losing weight (an indeterminate amount)
4) Start an exercise program, even if it's just walking or yoga
5) be nice to DH
