2 -Ab jam, 20 minutes
3 -the Firm 8 minute Abs, elliptical 20 minutes (78 so far)
4 -10 minutes bun & thighs tape
5 -30 treadmill minutes, alternate walking and running (118)
6 - Day off, took down the tree and mall walked. No time, was more of a meandering walk!
7 - 2 10 minute videos abs & natural lift also 30 minutes walk at lunch (168)
8 - 8 minutes abs tape - 30 minute walk at lunch - 10 minutes on elliptical (214)
9 - 10minutes buns video
10 -26 minutes Exercise TV -Secret to Toned 30 minute walk for lunch

This month's goal, get some sort of exercise in everyday except for Sundays.

January

3 - mall walking with daughter
4 -:running: 45min on treadmill ~~~increased 5 more min :cb: :cb:
5 - :running: 45min on tredmill 2.17miles
6 - rest day :beach: ~~~~~~~~~~~I actually had too much energy today to take the day off. I actually wanted to climb on that thing and work it!!!! :running: 2.31 miles in 45min. A note of caution....if you are groovin' to the funk of funkabilly, by Joanna Cotten....make sure you have your emergency stop thingy is clipped on :o :o :p :lol3: Im very glad I was at home, and not at a gym :rofl:

January 2008, time to get my butt back in gear.
1.
2. 2 hrs. total of cardio , weight lifting and swimming at my new gym
3. 2.5 hrs. total of cardio, weight lifting and swimming
4. rested my Very sore muscles, went dancing with DH
5. 1.5 hrs. cardio and weight lifting
6. stairmaster 20 min's, treadmill 20 min's, swimming laps 1hr. , light wt. lifting
7. stairmaster 30 min's, elliptical 10 min's, swimming laps 30 min, UBWO 1 hr.
8. stairmaster 10 min's, LBWO with weights 1hr., swimming 30 mins
9. I am sore, sore, sore, so day of rest. Only exercise was walking my dogs!
10. 15 mins treadmill, 15 min's stairstepper, 1 hr. weight lifting for UBWO
11. gym was closed when I got there, only exercise was walking my doggies
12. treadmill 10 min's, stairstepper 25 min's, LBWO 1 hr.
13. missed gym, spent day at Dr.office with Shelbey's poison ivy
14. 10 min's perpetual stairs, 12 min's treadmill, 10 mins stairstepper, 1hr. UBWO

Wow just looking at this thread is motivating!
I started back last week with working out. So here is my little list!

Not sure how to put those little doodlie guys in so let's just imagine my days have a little cute treadmill guy by them!

Tuesday - 45 minutes
Wednesday -30 minutes
Thursday - 45 minutes
Friday - 45 minutes
Sunday - 30 minutes

Today- 45 minutes on treadmill
And... ( I posted this in another thread but am so excited am gonna boast, I mean post here too.)

I actually ran today on the 'mill. Only for about 2 minutes a time 3 times, but more running than I have done in too long to remember. I feel great!

started exercising as of 1/14/08 3x per week 20 minutes minimum, been doing great :) Entered a 5k walkathon on Feb. 9th Yahoo!
