Question about which plan to use with Lunas as a substitute - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Happy New Year everyone -

Have a question for you experienced LAWL'ers. My doctor had told me to stay away from soy and now he wants me to try introducing it as long as I time the soy consumption at least 4 hours after taking my thyroid meds.

Don't want to say anything at my COD. The Lites are expensive and if the soy experiment does not work I don't want to mess with my plan, so.....

I am on Red1 without Lites. If I want to experiment like my doc wants to, should I drop down a program to the Red with the Lunas as Lites substitutes?

Since you are on Red1 without lites, once you add a lite substitute that would bump you down a plan to Red.

Thanks, Buffystar. Appreciate the answer so fast. Going to the store today and getting the Lunas for the week. Have the information on the Red plan from the boards.
