Anyone take flax oil supplements? On another forum I belong to they were talking about how good it is for your skin and hair...my hair and scalp have been a little dry so I figured why not give it a try. There are many other health benefits that helped entice me I was reading an article and it mentioned about helping to regulate your tom...which I hope it helps with. If you take it, what have your experiences been overall?
I'd love to hear more experiences with Flax Seed. I bought some in capsule form today. I haven't taken any, but I've heard that it does wonders for hydrating skin, and that's a huge part of helping your skin shrink back after losing weight.
I've never taken the oil, but I bought some whole flaxseeds recently because they are used in a lot of recipes that I want to make, and I've read lots of good things about them. Now I just have to figure out how to grind them or how to use the whole ones...

My fil pours them on top of his cereal every morning. He'll even sprinkle some into his sandwhich for lunch...yuck. I've never taken the oil either....I don't think I could. I just bought the capsules....
