Okay, so I'm "still" the fat chick. And the less subtle of the members can sometimes give me this look or even words presuming my level of ability.

So today I was in my 3rd hour of working out (just maxing out my vacation time; I know, I know, watch out for overtraining), and I was just doing some core work. The guy next to me started doing Russians (v-sits with feet up and twisting a weighted kettle ball side to side) and I commented how I hate those and it was on my list. "Well, we all have to start somewhere." Ah, see he thinks fat chick is new to working out. ROFLMAO. So, I grabbed the 14lb ball (he had a very light medicine ball) and knocked out 30, then moved on to my crunches and bridges. I did three sets of my routine.

...he didn't stick around.:p

Funny thing is when I was training this morning and doing sit ups where I lift the kettle ball overhead in pushups, a man came over and told my trainer how he couldn't do that and was amazed how strong my abs are. Yes, underneath a little stuffing they are wicked strong.

So, a little of both worlds today.
