L: chicken sandwich, orange, walnuts
S: popcorn
D: chicken tikka masala w/rice

L-chicken breast sandwich on ww dinner roll, apple
S- another sandwich (they were quite small, I think 2 equaled one normal sized sandwich), glass of OJ
(can't believe she worked all day without buying any sweets)
D- going out for dinner :)

I used to plan all the time in the older threads in the support forum and it really helped me, so I wanted to get back into the planning! hope it is okay that I post here with you girls :)

I keep forgetting to come in here the day before and therefore lose most benefits of actually PLANNING! Had to eat out for lunch today due to lack of prior planning, but I just went to a salad bar so it turned out ok. Still don't like the money I had to spend :/
Oh, and I'm lovin' all the new people planning, I love seeing what people are eating :)

L: chicken noodle soup, ryvita crackers and nat pb
S: orange, 1oz walnuts
D: black beans and quinoa salad w/various veggies (either in it or on the side, depending on what I want to throw in)

Have to totally revise today -- didn't expect to have leftovers from last night (lunch) or extra cooked chicken from prepping dinner (dinner tonight)
Today --
B: Eng muffin with an egg and a piece of bacon
L: leftover chicken tikka masala (about 170 cals), a piece of pita bread, steamed broccoli
S: triscuits and light laughing cow
D: wheat pasta w/ chicken and spinach
Ended up having some ff hot chocolate w/ a shot of baileys for dessert last night -- yum! I have no idea how bad baileys is but I'm sure it's pretty awful, I'm gonna go look it up to see if it's something I can fit in on an occasional basis.

I have just discovered how important it is to plan the whole day of food when counting calories. So, I am really glad I have come across this thread. I was just wondering what other food choices are available.
