I read "most" of his book shortly after it came out and a lot of it made a great deal of sense to me.
However, I didn't do any of the exercises and I didn't stick to finishing the book. Lots of people have endorsed this book as a way to overcome eating for reasons other than feeding the body.
Anyway - I wondered if there was an interest in starting a group here where we could discuss each chapter as we read it together in the new year? If not all together, maybe we could have a thread for each "key" to discuss whenever.
Anybody game? I don't want to do his diet as I found it too restrictive and I'm paying good money to a nutritionist to get my own diet plan, but all the psychological stuff appeals to me.
