Tired but managed to get up and get on the TM. walked 30 min 1.47 miles at 3 mph. Had to slow down a bit to avoid the ole bursitus acting up! I guess I'm getting old!:lol:

Did upper body workout for BFL. I'm stronger than I thought. I have to increase the weight next time.

Did my 4.5 miles in 44:29-SECOND BEST JOG/WALK TIME EVER!!!:spin: Just 9 seconds over my best time-and it was hot out there too!!!

Walked 3 miles with neighbors and dog. Played lethargic tennis for 1 1/2 hours- big snooze. Had to make up for it with 20 minute killer cardio on exercise bike.

Did my 4.5 miles, not sure of time, but was definitely under 50 minutes :)

Walked 3 miles with neighbors and dog. After work, did an unbelievable lower body workout at the gym with a trainer. Won't be able to walk tomorrow!

Got my 30 min walk in at 3.0 miles per hr. walked 1.42 miles

Walked two miles in the drizzling rain YUK and ended up with a wet dog and shoes. Played 2 hours of tennis (really well for a change) after work, then came home and pushed metal for my Upper Body Work Out.

owie! Did way too much today. 20 minutes of high intensity intervals on bike to start the morning. Then after work, hit the gym for a lower body workout, then got talked into an hour of singles tennis while waiting for ds's lesson. Ouch, my shoulders hurt now.

Only walked my 4.5 miles today-and a slow walk it was-got a BIG blister to boot (or should I say sneaker). LOL!

Woke up feeling just wiped out, but had a session with the weight trainer scheduled, soooo... did 1 hour back and abs at the gym.
