Pulse 1 cup of blanched almonds and 3/4 cup each of raisins, dried apricots, chopped dates, and walnuts in a blender or food processor until you have a coarse meal. Add 1/4 cup of water or or juice and pulse until the mixture sticks together. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 24 - 30.
