Hey everyone!
Another weekly challenge for me and anyone wanting to work toward a goal while giving and getting support!
My goal is to see that $#@%& scale move from 232# to 231#. ANy movement would be nice!
Anyone in?

I'm in! Hey Pat, LOL! I have one of those $#@%& scales too... Well, I better make exercise my challenge until it becomes habit. So far these challenges have been helping me get off my fanny. So, I'll go for it again.
Challenge: Exercise for 20 to 30 minutes 5 days this week.

Pat do not wish for nay movement mine is going the other way with my fluid!! but i sure would like to see it drop in the next decade!! so You iknow count me in!!

100% OP
100% effort in my weights
6/7 days exercise.
not kill DH! (surgery today as out patient and if the surgery does not kill him I may if he is a PIA!!!:lol: :lol:

Done deal... day 1 of exercise out of the way. And the weather is so mild right now (kind of freaky really), that my dog and I did the exercise walk together (he has a nice swift pace, so he keeps me going). Know old man winter will come roaring back later this week, so I might as well enjoy having my workout outside while I can.
How's everyone else doing so far?

Good mornig!
Had a great day of OPness yesterday!
Extended my workout
40 mins aerobic and 20 mins weight training
All my water plus and completely op food wise. I even ignored the calling of the big boss' birthday cake at work!
That scale will move to teh left!!
Way to go Kath!!!

1) drink 8-10 glasses of water
2) exercise 3x
3) no chocolate

Another awesome OP day! Water in, 45 mins aerobic and 30 mins weight training! Op food all day!

Drank 8 glasses of water. Yippee...
Problem with chocolate, will work on it tomorrow.
Exercise to RS first thing tomorrow morning.

Did my workout for day 3:D ... now onto day 4!
Serry... I know a couple of people who have done the Atkins diet and it worked for them! Good luck!

Sheryl I do Protein Power which is similar to atkins. I have done good so you can do it. do not hesitate to ask for help. we will be there!

Hi everyone,
Worked out today to RS Sweat and shout. It was an awesome workout. I was dripping. Did 100% better with chocolate today.
Doing better with drinking water.
Wonderful to read all of you are on top of your workouts and goals.

Good Morning all!
The scale moved !!!
I have finally made my New years goal!! and I am in teh 220's
229#'s yesterday morning!
I am so very happy! I am ashamed to admit that I had definately hadn't been paying attention to portions as well as I had been eating alot of stuff w/ nutra sweet ( which can fool your body)!
Sounds like everyone had a great week!!

I haven't worked out in over a month. I better be careful or all of your positive attitudes will inspire me to get off my butt. :) I want to be able to say WooHoo! as well.

Pat... Yiipppeeeee! You go girl! Knew that scale would start going down again soon! You hung in there and waited it out... which, in my experience, is the single hardest thing a person can do on a diet.
Had my weigh-in today... lost 2.5 more pounds... whew! And today is the 5th day of the challenge. I'm going out of town this weekend, so I won't get to check in as much as I would like, but I'm going to try to stay on top of things so I don't lose any ground here.
You guys have a fab weekend! And congrats to everyone for hanging in there!

Hello,
Stellar performance until 2:30pm. Ate ice cream and went downhill from there. I did fit into a dress that was too tight to wear. Hopefully the inches are melting even though the scale isn't.
Water was fine. Chocolate--no success there. Good news, my period came today. Will have minimal cravings for two weeks. I need to capitalize on that.
Exercise tomorrow. Water, water, water.
