Default Let's talk mini-goal to the new year!!!

Hi to everyone!!!
I'm about to break into the 220's. I have lost 54.5 lbs. in 27 weeks. I had lost 50 lbs. and regained it all and then had to eat crow and get back to the drawing board all over again starting June 12th.

If I weigh 230, I will have lost 55 lbs. and be happy with that but I truly want to see anything under 230. Just breaking into the 220's will make me happy with these 11 days left of the month.

So there ya hanve, it, break into the new year in the 220's. I was going back to Core this week but I see I'm starting to eat too many points in a day and I figure that even though they aren't the same thing, my body loses on Flex so I am now a full time Flexer whether I like it or not! The scale likes it and I am an overeater that just doesn't do eat to satisfaction well. Tuesday was a good Core day but yesterday even though I was OP with Core all the way, when I tallied up those points, ugh! Too high. That scale ain't gonna move with 40 points eaten in a day.
I'll break into the new year with Flex and less of me to start the new year off right. I weighed more than this last Dec. I know I did.

Hmmmm, mini goal to the new year...
Stay within calories. I have been slipping, and I would just like to stay on plan till the new year. 1500-1600 per day. I was doing so well, and have gotten discouraged and plateaued. Now I will conquer this beast!!

Congrats on your weight loss, Nursechef! I can definitely see you making your goal.

Ok so my personal goal is to not gain any wieght over the holidays ( i have been known to easily pack on 7lbs in less than 5 days) and to get back into my exercise routine. This will be a huge achievement for me, luckily I am working a lot over the xmas period, so hopefully i will be able to manage to keep the routine!

My Daughter Erica is coming home on leave January 15th. She was in Navy boot camp last Christmas and won't be home with us this Christmas, so I'm a little down right now

My mini-goal is to be under 200lbs. by the time Erica comes home. I'm 209 now, and I KNOW I can do it.

Go NAVY!!
