Hey ya'll--

I was at my local grocery store and I found some chocolate that's pretty low in sugar per serving.... (at least it's low in what I was able to find on the shelf!)

Green & Black's baking bar: one serving has 5 grams of sugar in it (and is 110 calories per serving).

Lindt & Sprungli's excellance 85% cocoa has only 5 grams of sugar per serving in it (and is 210 calories per serving).

Anyone have any other kind of chocolate that is low in sugar on the Sugar Buster plan??

60% and higher cocoa solid content chocolate is ok for an OCCASIONAL treat on Sugarbusters, no matter what the sugar content says.

My son who is diabetic loves the Green and Black products. He is a chef and a chocolate connesoiur. I on the other hand could care less if chocolate fell off the face of the earth. I know, I know I'm weird!

Hi Monet, Thanks for the tip! I don't really eat a lot of chocolate or junk food at all, partly because I'm trying to lose weight and need to watch my daily caloric intake...

I tend to have a piece or two (or one serving) of chocolate maybe once a week or twice a month :)

I do like really dark chocolate myself... I always try to find 60% or 70% or higher! :)

Ray of Light: sorry your post was lost!! :(
