I have read the 3fatchicks forums for a few years now and earlier this year I posted some progress pics, but that's about it I think.

I have tried several methods to lose weight and have found recently that I like calorie counting and think I might be able to do this. After reading in other threads (ww,atkins,etc..) it seems you guys have the most success and stay on course more.

So anyways, just a hello. I hope to be more active with posts and progress.

For me, the appeal of calorie counting is that I get to say what I eat and what I don't. I like being the one in control!

And I too love calorie counting. It's the only thing that allows me to set limits for myself and keep me from overeating. It allows me to choose the foods that I like to best, while keeping my portions in check.
