SBD Frequently Asked Questions - Cream Cheese substitute dairy free?

Hello,
I am new to this sight and to South Beach and I love them both. I can not fine what cream cheese sub dairy free is. It is listed in the cheese section of foods to enjoy, but what is it? Anybody know? Thanks.

I would guess it's some sort of soy product.

The brand I see most often is called Tofutti. They also make non-dairy sour cream. Neither is low fat however.
