So I thought if I wrote out physically what I ate for the rest of the month, I'll do better. I have a food journal but it's still packed in a box, so I am going to do it here. Feel free to join in!
Fri 7th:
B - whole wheat english muffin w/tiny bit of spread
L - chicken breast (boneless skinless) and peas
S - 1/2 bag of 100 cal popcorn
D - Pasta w/meat sauce and cheese
S - 100 cal bag of popcorn
W - 50 oz
Exercise - none got sick again :(
