Hey ya'll...

I just got my updated version of SugarBusters! 2003 ed. so I'm still looking through it before I start to read it :)

Have a question: anyone know of a low sugar/low carb (per serving) spaghetti sauce? Brand name?

Thanks!

TEA, I use Classico's spaghetti sauce...the basil one. Not sure the exact name. If you read the label and there is no added sugar, it is ok. Tomatoes have natural sugar which shows up in the sugar grams per serving. I believe the basil one I use is about 6 grams per serving. Lowest one I have found yet...

I use the Classico also; it has no added sugars, just that natural sugar in the tomatoes. If you you have a Safeway grocery (or any of their locally braded stores like Genuardi's or Albertson's), the Verdi house brand has only 5 grams of sugar per serving and is really good.
