Smile Stir fried veggie salad

This is a great way to get your veggies and it tastes great.

Get as many different kinds of fresh veggies as you can. Get the darkest color fro each that you can find. Dark means more nutrition. I used: Asparagus, Red cabbage, Green cabbage, Brocoli, Baby carrots, Green peppers, And onions.
You can use anything you like.

Cut up aq little of each veggie into a big pot or wok.
Add 1\4 cup of fat free itallian dressing and hot sauce to taste.
Stir fry untill the veggies are cooked but still crisp.

You can eat as much as you want and cut down the pasta, rice and meat portins of the meal.
This is very filling and does not leave you feeling like taking a nap. You won't get hungary again soon and the hot sauce speeds the metabolism.
If you want secounds eat the veggies only.
Ilost ten pounds the first two weeks I did this. I use this for almost every dinner.
Warning. The cabbage and peppers can make it a bit windy around your house for a few days untill your digestive system adjusts!

Here is a recipe for a dressing to stir fry the salad in.

Mix 1-4 cup of canola or olive oil
1\4 cup of your favorite vinigar( I use balsamic)
1\4 cup of water
1\4 cup of red hot sauce
and 1 tablespoon of good seasons italian dressing seasoning. Or salad seasoning
Whip togater and pour over veggies then stir fry.
Hope you like it!

Ok I've had a question on the ammount of dressing to put on it and I thought I'd clear that up for the rest of you who might visit here.
You should basicly have enough to coat all of the veggies lightly. None should drip off when scooped up. Just enough moisture to create steam in the pot when a lid is on it as the steam cooks the veggies. I've been infomed that somonre else who has tried it is loosing also.
