Quick Hot Egg Free Breakfast
I don't really do traditional breakfast
this is good any time!
1 half cup Beans (I like black or a mix of black and red)
Salsa to taste
1/8-1/4 cup of shredded RF cheese (cheddar/Mexican)
Pop the beans and salsa in the micro for 45-60 seconds then top with cheese and pop in for another 45-60
I usually make a few days worth at a time
2 cans of beans drained and rinsed till they stop bubbling
about a cup of salsa
Optional chili powder cumin S&P
Also makes a great side dish with grilled porkchops (the original incarnation!)
