Brand new chic here. I've done the Weight Watchers and got sick of counting points. I don't want to do the core plan, because I know myself well enough to know I can't just give up certain foods, like umm, SWEETS! I would like to lose a minimum of 20 lbs, but maybe 27 would be better. Not sure because it has been 10 years since I've seen 130 lbs. I'm interested in learning how others are finding success. Any input on Slim 4 Life program? Thanks in advance to all!

If you don't want to give up certain food groups, and don't want to pay for food programs, then you are pretty much going to have to keep track of your food in some way, either by points or calories or writing down what you eat.

I've never tried Slim 4 Life, but perhaps other people have and could give you some ideas of what to expect. If you're looking for a plan that may work for you check out the Diet Central area where many plans have their own sections. You'll find something that you can commit to for the rest of your life if you make it a priority.
