Does anyone know how many calories the individual packets of peanut butter (like the ones that you can get at Tim Horton's) are? And where did you find the information?
I would love to get a case of these from my local grocery warehouse, as I have no problem controlling myself around individual servings of items.
TIA, and have a fabolous day!!!

I don't know about that brand specifically, but 1 TB of peanut butter always has around 100 calories. So if the packets look like a tablespoon...

baffled111,
I presume that they are roughly 1 TB, but I really can't be sure. I would hate to be consuming more calories then I thought because the portion is bigger then it looks, though. Hopefully someone knows the answer.
Thanks, anyway!

You could always bring home a packet next time and measure it yourself :)
