LA Weight Loss - What to expect the first month

I am doing the online version (purple) and lost 5.5 pounds after completing the fast forward :). I do realize that we all have different amounts to lose and that results will vary but I am curious as to how much everyone lost their first month on the program.

I started on Purple with Lites, I lost 20 pounds my first 4 weeks. Congrats on your great start and good luck!

I started on plan 3 with lites and lost 10 lbs in the first month. Good luck to you!

I started on red without lites and it was a while ago (January) but I think I lost about 10 lbs in the first month.

11 pounds. I did not lose a lot with take off.
