blah, I was too tempted by an email saying "Thanksgiving leftovers in the break room, including LOTS OF DESSERT!" So I ate a little bit of some sort of pumpkin or sweet potato (it's sad that I couldn't tell) crumble, and a little bit of some kind of pineapple cherry trifle. Total was probably 1/2 C of food so not too much, but I still feel bad about it, since I was completely not hungry at all. Plus I am feeling huge today. My jeans feel tight and the sweater I'm wearing accidentally got tossed in the dryer and shrank, so it's tight too, and I feel like a marshmallow wrapped up in saran wrap.

...plus a sliver of pineapple upside down cake and half a small piece of some kind of jelly roll. Time to update my calorie count for today.

Those break rooms are killers! By the time I discovered there were chocolate mint chip cookies in ours, there was only 1 left! No possibility of eating too many.

OK so....since I started fresh
Friday 1870 phase 1 including having guests for dinner and making homemade corn bread that I did not touch
Saturday 1877 phase 1 including making dh chocolate chip cookies - normally a trigger food for me - havent touched them AND going to a poker party -trigger event-with lots of junk and not straying one bit
Sunday 1842 phase 1 including a birthday party with pizza and cake and I nibbled the veggie platter and my contraband cheese sticks and then went home and had dinner
Monday 2187 - calories high, but I was genuinely hungry and made good on plan choices despite the layout at playgroup
Tuesday 1824 - whew...easy day
Wednesday 1896 - calories good, but I nibbled a lot and strayed off plan a bit. a chocolate here, cracker or two there, etc. Plus I made JUST spaghetti for dinner. The victory was I almost called dominoes.

So there we go! I havent had this many good days in a row since I dont remember when. At least May.

I may have to switch to less active smileys, I'm getting dizzy ----ahhh that is better begone broc and carrot

I'm not even going to try to account for T-day...I figure it was several thousand calories, I was stuffed to the gills - I had a visible food-baby - never had THAT when I was fat. I looked like a 5 month pg skinny girl.

All I know is yesterday I was 129 and this morning I was 133 so 4 lbs of undigested food and drink

Back to reality today

But it was goooooooooooooood

Ran 3.5 yesterday and 4 miles this morning
