Seafood Salad

4 oz shrimp or imitation crab
2 Romaine lettuce leafs
1/2 cup raw celery diced
cup pineapple cut up
6 almonds sliced

Add salad dressing of your choice

Oh Lynn this sounds wonderful!!!
I didn't know we could use the imitation crab and it counted as a protein!!! I'll have to make this for sure!
