hi all i havn't gone just been lurking on the low carb bit for a few weeks. things are going well, i'm down 40lbs since the end of August. i've been very naughty this last two days by going on a carb blitz when i say carb blitz i mean instead of 20g a day i'm looking at 500g mind you i feel awesome for it. today i'm back on plan i think i needed that two days off i've been totally commited to the atkins plan since the end of august and well i needed a change.

weight in tomorrow i'm expecting a gain of about 4lbs or there abouts but we shall see i might be suprised.

Glad you've got the carb blitz out of the way and are back on plan today. Good luck with that weigh in. I'm sure it's not as bad as you think and anyway you're back on track today. So, all is good.

Just wondering though, maybe Atkins is not the way to go for you, longterm.
