Today was another painful day for me. I have been going to physical therapy for my shoulder and neck for the past few months. I was in a bad car accident almost 2 years ago and still am in pain from that plus the usual pain from fibro and arthititis in my back. I asked my husband to bring in the health walker tonight and put it in the living room. I will try to get some excercise in. My seven year old granddaughter is overweight and All of us is trying to help her too. She is 4 ft.7 inches already and weights 105 lbs. Anyone got any suggestions? I have had a weight problem for a while now... IT seems to run in the family, or maybe were all just lazy...NO it couldn't be that...haha

Has anyone experienced any results from this?

I read an article a few years back about how nutri- sweet increases the appetite of most people. It suggested that you count calories because just about everyone gains weight. I believe that... I drink too much diet soda...
