Wow Ladies! You WORKED it this week! Awesome job, way to finish the week out strong!!! (AND, we didn't have anyone use a Freebie week this week!!!) We had a goal to lose 22 pounds as a group this week, and we exceeded that!!! Speaking of "exceeding" I noticed that Cassie has exceeded her Challenge Goal already!! Cassie! Anyone else?? Who's REALLY close to getting there?

Well, can we do it again this week? Can we meet another 22 pound goal? (that's 1 pound per person!). I think we can! Let's GO FOR IT!!! Happy has started a new BINGO challenge (it JUST started today), so if you haven't done the BINGO challenge yet (or even if you have) come join in! It's oh-so-fun!

I'm so proud of all of us ladies! Let's keep it up!!!

Here's something weird; I gained 1.5 pounds this week, but I now fit into pants (size 14, thank you very much) that last week were very snug. My fat is shifting, I guess.

Yep, happened to me before too...I gained 2lbs one week, but lost an inch in my waist. LOL.

Congrats team on getting past our 22 pound goal for the week (even though I know I was one of the culprits that gained )
