Hey ya'all,
I don't know why, but I've lost 78 pounds to date since the end of spring, beginning of summer and I guess my body sometimes needs a bit of time to catch up with the rest of me
I noticed when I was changing my clothes today into workout clothes, and for the first time I noticed the upper part of my stomach was finally beginning to slim down!
I actually ended up walking somewhat longer than I normally do on the treadmill, just so I could keep staring at myself in the mirror! LOL.
I know, it's a minor, itty-bitty goal, but it sure put a smile on my face today!
