Need Video for Weight Lifting/Bands
I've been at goal weight for a few years, but just this very week had a lot of stress and am now 2.2 pounds over goal. I am wondering if this is partially because I was doing a little weight lifting with a trainer, but stopped. I was not doing a lot...two, 30 minute sessions, almost exclusively arms, twice a week. I do cardio on my own 5-6 days a week.
Some questions:
1) Do you think the lack of weight lifting (arms mostly) is causing me to have a weaker metabolism?
2) Can you recommend some really wonderful videos for weightlifting? I'm looking for free weights; arms. I had just worked my way up to 12 pounds.
3) What about resistance bands? Would this work just as well for arm strength? The same as lifting weights?
